Power inverter is a device that converts 220V power frequency alternating current into DC voltage of regulated output, which needs to be completed through four links: voltage change, rectification, filtering and voltage regulation. Every link has its role to play.
1, rectifier filter circuit: the rectifier circuit converts the AC voltage Ui into a pulsating DC voltage, and then filters out the larger ripple components through the filter circuit, and the output ripple smaller DC voltage U1 commonly used rectifier filter circuit has full wave rectifier filter, bridge rectifier filter.
2, power transformer: step-down transformer, the power grid 220V AC voltage into the required AC voltage, and sent to the rectifier circuit, the transformer ratio is determined by the transformer side voltage.
3, voltage regulator circuit: The function of the voltage regulator circuit is to make the output DC voltage stable, does not change with the AC network voltage and load changes. Commonly used integrated regulators are fixed three-terminal regulators and adjustable three-terminal regulators.
4, filter circuit: most of the AC components in the output voltage of the rectifier circuit can be filtered out, so as to get a smooth DC voltage, each filter capacitor C to meet RL-C=3~5T/2 or T is the input AC signal period, RL is the equivalent load resistance of the rectifier filter circuit.
